Care Team Midwives

Cynthia Jacinthe is a certified nurse-midwife at UI Health and reproductive health education. Her philosophy is for patients to be active participants in their healthcare, and she believes every person should be treated with dignity and respect when seeking healthcare.

Crystal Stamps, CNM, MSN is a Certified Nurse Midwife, and has spent the majority of her career in high-risk obstetrics. She has a passion for empowering women to make informed decisions about optimizing health and maintaining healthy lifestyles. She has a special interest in adolescent care, specifically to empower young women in the community with a greater sense of self-worth and respect. Crystal enjoys helping pregnant patients achieve their desired birth experiences.

Chelsia Love is a certified nurse midwife at the Mile Square Health Center Main and South Shore locations. Chelsia specializes in women’s health and reproductive healthcare across the lifespan, including well-woman exams; care during pregnancy and delivery; contraceptive options; and management of health conditions.

Amber Rideout is a certified nurse-midwife in the at UI Health. Amber specializes in low-risk pregnancy and birth, gynecology/well-woman care, family planning, and contraception management. She is passionate about working with Black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), improving health disparities, community health, and providing culturally competent and patient-centered care.

Busayo Ajasa is a registered nurse and in her final year of University of Illinois at Chicago’s Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner DNP program. Busayo serves as the MGMC nurse navigator, supporting patients as they interact with the ever-changing healthcare landscape. Her passion for providing holistic and equitable care for women of color and the effects of health policy decisions on communities of color informs the heart of her work.
